Job Description
We are hiring a Digital Content Manager for MasterBrand Inc. in a remote role. As a Digital Content Manager, you will coordinate and execute the tactical plans and digital needs to enhance and improve consumer experiences. This is a contract, short-term assignment.
As the Digital Content Manager, you will be responsible for digital content management needs across multiple child brands. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to enable a high-quality digital presence for multiple product brand launches. This work will allow the organization to advance its content execution and performance metrics and inform new processes for improved end-to-end customer and consumer journey initiatives. The purpose of the Digital Content Manager is to stay on top of new product launches as they arrive and to ensure the consumer experience on our brand sites is up to par with our brand and engagement experience standards.
Essential Functions
Complete product launches as they relate to all new content/asset publishing needs, including associating all remaining door silos, proper tagging, indexing, etc.
Complete successful execution of commercial and retail product launches across all corresponding website pages and platforms
Execute supporting SiteSync website requests
Partner with business stakeholders to gather content requirements in support of product launches and meet deadlines
Work directly within the CMS (Sitecore) and other content systems (Gather Content) to add, edit, and remove pages and products to/from 14 brand websites
Ensure pages meet standards for product accuracy, SEO, and other digital best practices
Data entry and cleanup for product gap fills, technical audits, and rebranding projects
Build SiteSync websites for our dealer partners and deliver them within their SLA
Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Marketing or Digital related field
Experience with content management in an agency or corporate environment
General Requirements
PC skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Solid understanding of web and digital content needs
Proficient or high understanding of Gather Content and other content systems
Working knowledge of Internet privacy policy best practices and procedures with Internet technology
Ability to present in meetings and comfortable setting up meetings to plan for launches
Preferred Requirements
2 years of experience in CMS SiteCore
Knowledge of product manufacturing industry
