    • In this role you will serve as a vital link between business goals and the capabilities of technology to reduce administrative overhead by digitalizing processes
    • You will be the liaison between Linde’s Corporate HR functions, the Information Technology (IT) team and various software providers, and will evaluate and implement emerging HR technologies for process improvement and automation
    • Work with the HR organization to continually improve the effectiveness of processes and procedures, map business requirements to technology capabilities to digitalize existing business processes to reduce costs and improve quality, and optimize the UKGPro & UKG Kronos systems to meet the needs of the Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Services teams and system users
    • You will be the Subject Matter Expert in multiple Benefit plan provider software solutions and benefit administration systems, and will troubleshoot the Payroll & Benefits processes, administration system, and employee or dependent data issues
    • You will quickly and creatively resolve complex data, process, and system issues impacting employees, and ensure the Payroll & Benefits Administration system is built according to specific requirements, including the seamless integration of external benefit plan providers and the payroll & Benefits system
    • Lead Payroll & Benefits application development projects and upgrades and manage the implementation and testing of files and interfaces
    • You will develop training resources such as webinars to help stakeholders understand how processes work and are executed

    What makes you great

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or another relevant field of education is required
    • 5-7 years payroll and/or benefits services experience, business process engineering, HR system development, system implementation and integrations experience, as well as exposure to AI and Digitalization tools and concepts including Robotic Process Automation and Virtual Agents is required
    • Ability to identify, model, and evaluate technical solutions to transform business goals into application and operational requirements, and ability to coordinate and complete multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver responses within established timeframes
    • You must demonstrate judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
    • You should have expertise in the following systems: UKGPro Payroll & Benefits, both Back-End and WebPayroll, Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel
    • Functional understanding of Kronos WFC, Accruals, and ATK, and experience with Cognigy, Zendesk, Adobe, and MS SQL
    • Project management skills to maintain project timelines and deadlines without supervision, and the ability to apply Information Security and Privacy standards to ensure the confidentiality of HR and PII data
    • Strong customer service and polished communication skills, superior mathematical ability, accuracy, and exceptional attention to detail, sense of urgency, ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
