What You'll Do

You will empower a team of talented designers to create concepts across all interactive platforms. This position requires a proven track record of visual design and art direction for the web, a strong knowledge of interactive creative development processes; and experience developing creative solutions with limited direction from an Associate Creative Director. You smile in the face of deadlines and revel in execution. You want to be part of an exceptional team and have lots of fun delivering amazing work.

This is a full time role and we are open to candidates in the PST time zone.

Who You are

• Expertise in developing creative and usable interface solutions focused on creating a user experience that meets or exceeds strategic objectives.
• Strong up-to-date portfolio of work showcasing excellence in visual design and an appreciation for interaction design (this is a must-have) that is impressive immediately.
  • Portfolio/work samples must demonstrate experience creating great user-centered design solutions (transactional experience is a plus).
• A background art directing and overseeing designers to ensure high standards are met with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate design rationale during internal and external creative reviews with stakeholders and creative directors.
• Solid knowledge of the requirements of the creative process including typical time and resources needed to produce with efficiency quality work on time, and to specification.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Owns an exceptional eye for pixel-perfect detail. You will provide quality assurance on creative deliverables.
• Working experience with big brands in the retail or consumer electronic space.
• Experience collaborating with the broader creative interactive team, including writers, UX designers and developers.
• Communicating effectively‚ verbally and in writing, with other creatives and product managers, engendering trust and respect.
• Advanced skills with Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience working with design systems, sketch and keynote.
• BA or BFA in Graphic Design or other related design discipline, with a minimum 5 to 7 years' relevant experience (preferably agency) specializing in visual design for the web
