Ignite has an exciting opportunity for Senior Management Analyst in the Panama City, FL area.  The Senior Management Analyst will work with Naval Surface Warfare Center’s Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) Expeditionary and Maritime Systems delivering financial management, program management, and earned value management services.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project/Task Leads and supporting organizations to maintain the Master Program Plan consisting of detailed schedules, work packages, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), milestones, and time-phased costs for each work package
• Manage the Program Plans utilizing Primavera’s Project Management software for earned value management
• Maintain established EVMS techniques and tracking processes leveraging historical cost data extracted from NERP and other sources
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Nine (9) years of experience with Earned Value Management and Integrated Master Schedule analysis
• Experience supporting DoD or similar programs
• Experience with the following programs:
  • Primavera’s Project Management application
  • Microsoft’s Project application
  • Microsoft’s Project Online application
  • Microsoft’s Excel application
  • Milestone Pro application

Desired Qualifications:

• Working experience with federal government agencies
• Experience with customer relationship management and problem management to deliver quality service to application sponsors, stakeholders and users
• Experience operating in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to serve as an escalation point for customer concerns if/when they arise, and identify appropriate resolution to achieve client satisfaction in a timely manner
• DoD security clearance

Salary $125k to align with education and experience
