Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management:
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, search engines).
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, using analytics tools to track key metrics and ROI.
• Content Creation:
• Develop and manage engaging content for digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website copy.
• Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing multimedia content.
• SEO/SEM:
• Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
• Social Media Management:
• Manage and grow social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and monitor social media trends.
• Email Marketing:
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
• Segment email lists and personalize email content for different target audiences.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Analyze digital marketing data to derive insights and inform strategy.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales, product, and other marketing team members to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing strategies.
  

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Diploma Course / certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Previous experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Attributes:
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player with a collaborative approach.
• Other Requirements:
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design is a plus.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools is beneficial.
