We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Director to join our dynamic team at a premier nursing home located in New Jersey. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote our nursing home’s services, enhance its public image, and drive occupancy rates. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of the elderly and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns both digital and traditional, to increase awareness and attract new residents.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to align marketing strategies with occupancy targets and operational goals.
• Manage the creation and distribution of all marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and digital content.
• Organize and participate in community events and outreach programs to foster relationships within the local area and generate leads.
• Oversee the management of the nursing home’s online presence, including the website and social media platforms, ensuring content is current, accurate, and engaging.
• Develop and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring resources are used efficiently to achieve objectives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, setting clear goals and expectations, and offering ongoing feedback and support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preffered.
• Proven experience in a marketing director or similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments to integrate marketing strategies.
• Creative and strategic thinking skills with a strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $73,404.04 per year
