Digital Marketing Supervisor supervises the day-to-day operations to implement the digital marketing strategy and to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website, and promote an online presence. Utilizes search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to increase traffic to the website. Being a Digital Marketing Supervisor guides the development, curation, and deployment of compelling content to attract, engage and retain visitors and promote sales. Employs social media, email, and mobile marketing campaigns. Additionally, Digital Marketing Supervisor reviews online statistics, marketplace trends, and best practices to optimize online marketing performance. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Digital Marketing Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Digital Marketing Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Requirements:
- Professional digital marketing experience including SEO, PPC, Social Media and Website development background.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, related technology , with basic hands-on knowledge of common software used in this type of position.
- Strategic marketing perspective and the technical knowledge to achieve results - some with outside vendors.
- Skilled in SEO and competitive research using best available tools.
- Strong analytical skill to review data, analyze results and take action.
- Google Analytics certified – a plus.
- Ability to optimize copy and landing pages for best SERP results.
COMPENSATION: From $55k to start, based on experience and qualifications.
