National Sourcing, Inc. (NSI) is a Service-DisabledVeteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides professional, managerial, administrative, and augmented staffing support to various Department of Defense and Federal agencies across the continental United States (CONUS).NSI is currently seeking Part Time Employment Facilitators to provide employment transition services to Military Service Members and their families supporting Camp Lejeune, NC.

Position Summary:
Employment Facilitators provide facilitation services to ensure Service Members and their families have the necessary career tools and information to seamlessly transition into the civilian workforce.Employment Facilitators will work with Transitioning Service Members and their spouses on how to enrich their skills, to secure meaningful and successful careers in the civilian labor force, research and identify civilian occupations, establish career goals, learn about credentialing and vocational training programs; while decreasing dependence upon unemployment compensation.
Services will be provided at military installations, One-Stop Career Centers, and Department of Labor Headquarters.

Job Duties:
- Provide Transitioning Services Members (Active, Reserve, National Guard), family members, and Veterans a comprehensive understanding of preparing for civilian employment.
- Facilitate workshops to enhance skills in job searching, job application processes, networking, technical training opportunities, credentialing, and assistance in preparing for civilian employment and participation in technical programs and schools.
- Guide military Transitioning Services Members and families in developing their individual goals to ensure successful civilian careers.
- Provide Dept of Labor Employment Workshops and Career Technical Training to groups with up to 50 participants.
- Provide individual career counseling.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree OR four (4) years of experience working as a Workforce Solutions or Human Resources (HR) Specialist
- Previous experience providing classroom-type instructionHiring preference towards Veteran’s and/or military spouses
- Knowledgeable of Military lifestyle
- Previous facilitation experience
- Knowledgeable of the workplace, jobs, and requirement for entry into those jobs
- Proficient in MS Windows and Office
- Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Must be comfortable instructing and speaking in front of a group
