Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various job positions within the organization. You will play a crucial role in attracting top talent and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Duties:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Facilitate the selection process by conducting reference checks and background screenings
- Extend job offers to successful candidates and negotiate employment terms as necessary
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities

Skills:
- Solid understanding of HR sourcing techniques and strategies
- Proficient in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
- Strong knowledge of training development principles and practices
- Excellent research skills to identify potential candidates through various channels
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as UltiPro, for managing candidate data
- Ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Knowledge of talent management principles for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
- Understanding of employee relations practices to address any issues or concerns that may arise

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
