We are currently seeking an HR Disability Claims Specialist for a long term contracting position located in either Vienna, VA or Pensacola, FL. This is a hybrid work model - working onsite 2-3 days per week. Candidates must be able to pass both a criminal and credit background check.
Responsibilities:
o Disability/Claim experience
o Answering phone calls/making phone calls- providing employees with information and guidance. Once the vendor approves employees disability claim, this position is the first point of contact for employees.
o Case management-answering cases that are submitted by employees with sometimes complex information and guidance.
o Other duties: Reviewing and updating separations in Oracle-HCM.
o Working closely with vendor, other contractors, and advisors that are processing disability payments.
