Disaster Recovery Director leads the development of a comprehensive business continuity strategy and programs, plans, and toolsets that support response, develop resiliency, and enable recovery from events that disrupt business operations. Establishes a framework and methodology to manage all business continuity life cycle activities, including risk assessment, business impact analysis, strategy development, implementation, testing and review, plan maintenance and updates. Being a Disaster Recovery Director leads periodic review, validation, and workflow testing of documented business continuity plans. Develops and implements organization-wide training and communications. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Director supports internal audits and regulatory exams of compliance with required regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or similar BCP certification. Typically reports to top management. The Disaster Recovery Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Disaster Recovery Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Legends Recovery is seeking a driven and inspired Director of Clinical Programming to design and construct the unopened facilities Clinical team and program from the ground up, alongside and in unity with the Director of Operations.

    A blank canvas for growth and an opportunity to serve those with SUD in the greater Dickinson area, all in a beautifully renovated center setting.

    Responsibilities will include:

    • Designing group schedule and curriculum
    • Build a team of therapists to foster Client care and provide exceptional clinical services to those in need
    • Oversight of documentation requirements and Supervision of Clinical team
    • Facility autonomy and design independence of Programming
    • Overseeing Case Management department
    • Sign off of Clinical notes and review of submission documentation for Medicaid reimbursement of services
    • You will be the guiding hand of the facilities clinical programming from the beginning, with the exciting challenge of being at the ground level and the starting line of a group who wants to serve the community by providing the highest quality of care in Dickinson
    • Help with the growth and development of PHP/IOP Center and the clinical team.
    • Assist with the development of new service lines.
    • Attends clinical and administrative meetings to share information inter-departmentally.
    • Evaluates clinical staff based on specified performance standards, on a timely basis.
    • Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility to changes in the work environment.
    • Provides a safe and therapeutic environment to all staff and patients. Assists in formulating standards for patient care.
    • Conducts group therapy sessions and/or counsels SUD and mental health clients on one-to-one basis.
    • Formulates therapeutic goals with the client and assists in the actions necessary to carry out goals.
    • Observes, records and reports on the conditions of addicted clients and works with vocational rehabilitation, parole/probation officers, social services, and other organizations to assist clients in adjusting to community life.
    • Completes assessments and places clients in treatment based on ASAM criteria.
    • May be required to gather data for the purpose of program development and evaluation.
    • Minimum license requirements - LCPC or LCSW-C with Board Approved Supervisor status
    • A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience within a substance use treatment program or related setting.

    Education/Requirements:

    • LPCC - S: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - Supervisor (or)
    • LPCC: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (or)
    • LISW or LCSW - C : Licensed Independent Social Worker
    • MS/MA or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or equivalent field
    • Must complete state approved course of at least 12 hours of specialized training in clinical supervision within 6 months of start date
    • Familiarity with Joint Commission standards and accreditation process strongly preferred
    • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Commitment to drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use is essential
    • Authorization to work in the US is required

    Location: On site/40 - Hour Work Week

    Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
