    Reporting into the Senior Director, IDC Operations as a Senior Manager Supply Chain Management - IDC Divisional Operations on the Supply Chain team, you'll be based onsite in Bentonville, AR and will function as an ambassador of new and ongoing projects and continuous improvement activities. You will have 4 years experience in supply chain. You will exhibit a resolute demeanor and maintain a determined approach in pursuing project goals, demonstrating unwavering perseverance in the face of challenges and setbacks.

    What you'll do:

    • Manages end-to-end supply chain processes and ensures merchandise flow through the distribution network and imports distribution centers by directing resolutions and responding to escalations of daily issues ; analyze data from multiple stakeholders to streamline and improve network efficiencies; provide data for the supplier compliance process flow; research and analyze root cause of daily and escalated exceptions concerning shipping, receiving and inventory management, ; conduct performance reviews of import, distribution centers , and suppliers.

    • Oversee relationships with internal and external parties by serving as the main contact for both partners ; communicate expectations and agreements; consolidate and communicate relevant findings and information; lead audit processes to ensure partners comply with company standards and agreements; utilize quarterly scorecards to measure and correct performance ; and senior leadership when necessary.

    • Improve supply chain execution by approving a flow path channel from supplier to Club to best fit sales, in-stock, and profit metrics; collaborate between supply chain stakeholders to ensure sales, in-stock, inventory, profitability, and strategy goals are achieved; track the movement and arrival of goods across the imports supply chain; present recommendations to address conflicting goals; identify order exceptions, changes, and supply chain constraints that will help the execution; and develop and coordinate a resolution.

    • Drive field-level direction and provides guidance for executing operations by supervising the liaison for the field; communicate operational expectations to suppliers and transporters; address performance related issues with stakeholders.

    • Direct supply chain flow process improvement efforts by contributing to the design of new ways of working between supply chain stakeholders; prioritize product flow plan goals; ensure flow plans are achievable; manage the correction of errors processes and feedback loops; identify areas of opportunity to improve service levels; support the use of end-to-end costing methodology and lean concepts; provide cost recommendations to reduce process waste, and provide opportunities for cost reductions and process efficiencies; and review the impact and benefits to internal processes.

    • Implement projects by identifying customer and operational needs; communicate business plans and priorities; remove obstacles that impact performance; provide resources; identify performance standards; measure progress and adjust performance; develop contingency plans; and adapt and support learning.

    • Support company policies, procedures, mission and values by training and providing direction toothers in their application; ensure compliance with them; and utilize and support the Open Door Policy.

    • Ensure needs are met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans and projects; consult with team members; solicit, evaluate, and apply suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness; and participating in community outreach events.
