Bugaboo pest control is seeking highly motivated individuals for our full time wildlife and pest control technician position. Primary duties include exclusion, trapping and removal of various pests, utilizing Integrated Pest Management techniques, trapping, exclusion, identification of common pests and proper applications of pesticides according to all label instructions and safety procedures. Experience in pest control is a plus but not necessary. Must be willing to climb ladders 2 stories high. Must have general knowledge in use of basic tools. We are willing to train individuals who possess excellent customer service skills. Our customer retention is excellent, and a professional appearance and attitude contributes to our success

Job Responsibilities:

• Driving a company vehicle to complete daily assignments. (Vehicle is taken home at the end of each day)
• Daily completion of all paperwork associated with assigned route.
• Daily goals must be achieved.

Compensation:

• We offer a highly competitive hourly rate with time and a half overtime pay
• Unlimited sales commissions w/ Paid training
• Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour

High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license. (Must have clean driving record) Professional image Good oral and written communication skills. Must be able to work in various weather conditions, 8-12 hour work days **overtime is mandatory. Able to lift 50 lbs and ability to go up and down ladders at least two stories high. Sunday work is required when requested. Must be able to go in crawl spaces, attics, and climb ladders at least two stories high.
