Summary
The Document Control Manager is an essential part of Innovative Labs. This role leads the Document Control department in completing a variety of tasks including creation and edits of quality documents, responding to complaints, investigations, updating records, trainings, and audits. This position requires a high level of organization and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Create, review, and revise SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to comply with regulations and company certifications
- Create, update and maintain MMR’s (Master Manufacturing Record) for all formulas.
- Keep formulation records
- Create, approve and revise all forms
- Maintain various Registers and spreadsheets as assigned
- Update and keep current company Quality Manual and Quality Plans
- Handle Customer / Product complaints which includes: customer correspondences, tests, findings, investigations, corrective actions, preventative measures
- Initiate, investigate and complete CAR’s (corrective actions)
- Ensure internal audits are performed.
- Conduct recalls and assist with FDA audits.
- Participates in company management meetings to discuss quality issues and concerns
- Works with management in resolving quality issues
- Assists in the management of the company HACCP Program
- Responsible for food safety
- Interprets quality and implements solutions and improvements
- Other related duties as required.

- Detail orientated with high level of accuracy in data input, documentation formatting and content review.
Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 5 years of related experience
- HACCP Training
