Documentation Specialist jobs in Georgia

8am – 5pm w/ 1 hour lunch; Mon - Fri

Duties:

• Document Management (controlled documents, batch packet documents):Receive completed paper GMP documentation records and log into electronic tracking system.
• Once logged, appropriately file paper records in the Documentation Center.
• Box up records for archiving and record archiving details into tracking system.
• Logbook Management: Prepare logbook pages and create bound logbooks. Issue new logbook, receive and log returned, completed logbooks.

Skills:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience (document management - receipt/inventory, filing, archiving)

Education:

• Minimum of High School diploma or GED

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $19.15 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• CGMP: 2 years (Preferred)
• documentation: 2 years (Preferred)
• Prepare logbook pages and create bound logbooks.: 2 years (Preferred)
