Documentation Specialist jobs in San Jose, CA

Responsibilities:

Organize team content published on a custom collaboration and content management site.
Update Team page and organize content for easy consumption by primarily a technical audience.

Interrogate team members to understand current processes and improve documentation
Update existing content for clarity (Process documents, technical diagrams , etc.)

Translate technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation
Use creative techniques and widgets to make content easy to digest using graphics, screenshots, folders, collapsible lists, etc...
You will work with a specific audience (SAP Security) spread globally to gather information and insights in order to organize documentation.

Requirement:
Familiarity with SAP
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Technical writing and documentation in an SAP environment

Pay Range: $65/hr - $80/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
