Job Title: TechnicalDocumentation Specialist

Marsh Bellofram Group based in Newell, WV, just outside of the Pittsburgh, PA Metro area consists of multiple industry leading brands focused on industrial control and measurement. We are experiencing strong growth and need to expand our team. Products include gas pressure regulators, high precision pneumatic controls, engineered rubber and silicone components, critical space motor protection and industrial process timing instruments. Our customers are in a wide array of markets such as energy, manufacturing, medical, utilities, aerospace and defense.

Position Function: Create and manage technical documents for development and production of industrial products. Documents include but not limited to mechanical 2D drawings, 3D models, user’s manuals, and production related instructions. Manage a database of technical documentation up-to-date. Maintain all records of revisions.

Responsibilities: To include but not limited to the following

· Follow established procedures to release, update, and record all revisions of technical documents. Comply with and improve upon document control management processes.

· Draft mechanical drawings by utilizing 2D/3D CAD software.

· Edit user’s manuals and production instructions by utilizing word and graphics editing tools.

· Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to embody engineering concepts and document sketches, layouts, and diagrams. Support engineering proposals.

· Initiate improvements in documentation.

Job Qualifications:

· Associate Degree in drafting, or mechanical engineering or equivalent.

· Solid knowledge of mechanical drafting.

· Understand general engineering practices such as part numbers, bill of materials and operational procedures.

· Exercise a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Display consistent and advanced time-management ability. Meet all related release and documentation deadlines.

· Good administrative, interpersonal, and communication skills.

· Solid knowledge of AUTOCAD, INVENTOR or SOLIDWORKS.

· knowledge of Microsoft WORD, Acrobat Reader and CorelDraw.
