As the Hospital Facility Operations Director, you will be the cornerstone of hospital infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and maintenance to support a mission of top-notch healthcare services. The Director Facility Management Operations will have the support of facility managers, maintenance technicians, engineers, environmental services staff, security personnel, administrative staff, and project managers. The Director Hospital Facility Operations will report directly to the VP of Operations.

As the Director Facility Management Operations will lead a dynamic team and be responsible for a wide range of exciting duties, including:

• Procuring permits and licenses to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Overseeing the operation, repair, and maintenance of hospital systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Communication equipment).
• Directly supervising Plant Operations and Telecommunications departments.
• Preparing annual budgets and operational plans.
• Managing service and maintenance contracts, negotiating contract terms, and soliciting RFPs.
• Developing Capital Budget lists for building, equipment, and system enhancements.
• Planning and implementing in-house construction projects.
• Overseeing corrective and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensuring environmental and energy efficiency compliance.

The ideal Hospital Director Facility Operator will possess at least five years of acute care hospital leadership experience as well as a bachelor's degree.
