Job Overview:
The Project Manager reviews project proposals or plans to determine the time frame, project cost limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project. A successful candidate will be able to establish a work plan and staffing for each phase of the project.
The candidate will confer with project staff and Director of Foundation Construction and the site Superintendent to outline the workplan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
The successful candidate will be able to direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget. The candidate will review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required by change orders.
