Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual with a self-starter mindset, a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities on short notice.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, sorting mail, answering phones, data entry, and creating spreadsheets.
• Intern Management: Oversee the staff of interns, including tracking hours, assigning duties, and maintaining schedules.
• E-Commerce Management: Maintain and update Shopify stores with current products and inventory.
• Inventory Oversight: Manage and track physical warehouse inventories across multiple locations.
• Shipping Coordination: Actively participate in daily shipping processes for physical inventory.
• Customer Service: Monitor and respond customer service inquires through email and social media platforms.
• Errand Assistance: Run various errands for Owners and Department Heads, including bank trips, post office/UPS/FedEx runs, document delivery, order pickups, grocery store runs, and personal errands.
• Departmental Support: Assist various departments with tasks such as proofreading, data entry, and providing support to the Media Team on special projects.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Knowledge in Shopify, required
• Strong organizational and clerical skills
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
• Background in office management and administrative support
• Capable of data entry, filing, and calendar management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
