Coordinates digital marketing efforts geared to grow business, increase customer engagement, promote products, and optimize the online experience. Being an eCommerce Marketing Manager utilizes messaging, best sellers, promotions, discounts, user reviews, and email campaigns to attract and retain customers. Deploys SEO tools and methods to ensure e-commerce website is optimized for searching and performance responsiveness as well as delivering visual appeal and compelling content. Additionally, eCommerce Marketing Manager tracks and measures program effectiveness to drive improvement or develop new offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The eCommerce Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an eCommerce Marketing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. - Must be able to meet deadlines
