EEO Trainer designs and delivers diversity training programs and workshops to employees and managers. Develops diversity training curriculum and monitors changes in governmental laws and regulation to ensure that training stays current. Being a EEO Trainer designs and tracks metrics to measure the effectiveness of training on the workforce. May be responsible for working with outside vendors to deliver training. Additionally, EEO Trainer requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EEO Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. The Trainer Page is looking for a part-time fitness teacher to join us. We want someone who is nice, humble, has lots of energy, and can build amazing relationships with our members.
We are not like other group training studios; our mission is to show our members the mental benefits of working out. Our sessions are called 'Sweat Therapy Sessions,' and they help people who might be scared of the gym or don't know how to exercise. In our sessions, you can help each person one-on-one. We have up to 24 to 30 people in each session that is 45 minutes long.
