Electric and Gas Operations Supervisor jobs in Inglewood, CA

Gas Media Group is looking for a fluent, solutions-based Vietnamese & English-speaking Operations Manager to join our growing team in Los Angeles. This role requires a great communicator to connect with departments, creators, and clients in fluent English and Vietnamese, acting as a conduit between operations in and between our Vietnam and Los Angeles offices. The position is based in Los Angeles and is part-time.

Daily Duties

• Translate communications and operation affairs between US and Vietnam offices
• Provide daily summaries/reports on the work progress of our Vietnam team/office
• Lead operations-related initiatives between Vietnam and US offices
• Communicate with both English and Vietnamese-speaking clients managing, retaining, and growing the relationship with the business.
• Work with teams from both offices to solve our creators’, clients’, departments’ and/or other networks’ problems

Preferred Qualification and Skill

• Must be able to work on a part-time schedule
• Mandatory ability to communicate fluently in Vietnamese and English, both verbally and in written form
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar field
• Proficient with social media platforms and how they operate singularly and in unison.
• Quick learner who is able to adapt and excel in various environments and pacing.
• Self-starter, self-motivated, positive, and reliable
• Solutions based problem solving
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of efficiency and effectiveness
• Previous experience and understanding in Adobe Suites and Final Cut/Adobe Premiere Preferred
• Familiar with Google Drive and Cloud-based storage systems
• Trustworthy and reliable
