Alliance Group is seeking an experienced, full-time Electrical Estimator to join our growing Electrical team. This position can be based out of any of our office locations!

This position is responsible for acquiring work and working with project managers in a commercial/industrial setting. Individuals must demonstrate excellent communication skills, as well as an aptitude for problem solving, time management, and customer service.

Job Summary:

The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for visiting job sites, pricing work, and drafting proposals regarding commercial/industrial electrical jobs, and can expect to work closely with project managers to help forecast workload and accommodate unexpected changes to ensure that all work is completed in an efficient, timely manner.

The successful candidate should exhibit the consistent ability to:

• Price work and draft proposals for plan and specific work
• Design work and run load calculations for new and retrofit applications
• Work with project managers to write change orders and RFIs for ongoing projects
• Generate estimated material list for projects
• Work with project managers to bill out jobs monthly

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of electrical experience required

License/Certification:

• Driver’s License required
• Journeyman Electrician required
• Master Electrician preferred

Security Clearance is not generally applicable but may be required for some customer sites. A background verification will be required.
