Job Details: We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Estimator to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have experience working as an Estimator within an Electrical Contractor or Commercial General Contractor setting. This role will be based in either our Russellville, KY or Clarksville, TN office, with the possibility of a mostly in-person work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely estimates for electrical and civil contracting projects.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and other documents to understand project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for estimating.
• Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs to develop comprehensive estimates.
• Utilize estimating software and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency in estimating processes.
• Present estimates to management and participate in bid reviews as needed.
• Track and manage changes in project scope or specifications and update estimates accordingly.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Estimator in the electrical or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools (specific software experience preferred).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work from either the Russellville or Clarksville office as needed.
