    About The Role
    The Electrical Superintendent will oversee the department's employees, clients, and the bidding, estimating, and quote process. The Electrical Superintendent has extensive knowledge in installation, servicing and repair of wiring, conduits, fixtures and other electrical devices and systems in an industrial or commercial setting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle client/customer relations from communication, design, plan, and quote costs.
    • Process billing for A/R department.
    • Read technical diagrams and blueprints and interpret specifications and drawing.
    • Recruit new business for the department.
    • Field work, if needed to complete manpower needs
    • Manage jobs and prepare bids.

    Key Qualifications

    • Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations.
    • Possess excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
    • Familiar with Excel, Word, and bidding software
      High school diploma or Equivalent (GED)
    • Must possess a valid Driver's License
    • Minimum of 5 yrs. relevant work experience

    Key Nice-To-Haves

    • Valid CDL-A license
    • Technical degree or higher
