Associate’s degree (A.A.) in an Industrial Electrician program or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school. Must have a valid Electrical License. Must have a valid Iowa Driver’s License and able to drive company vehicles.

Employees must be able to cope with Iowa climates; endure heat and cold conditions in the building. Fast paced workloads and loud noise levels are normal.
