About the role:
Catalytic Data Science is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, well-organized team player to join our innovative Go-to-Market team. As an Informatics Solution Specialist, you will drive outreach to a number of roles that contribute to the preclinical development of therapeutics within leading Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, and Agricultural Biotechnology companies across the U.S. You must become comfortable speaking to a target audience in biological sciences such as Phd’s, MDs and Executives. You will learn how to demo bioinformatics analytics (at a minimum) which may include but is not limited to Whole Genome Sequencing/Whole Exome Sequencing, Gene Editing, Whole Transcriptome Sequencing, Single Cell RNA-Seq, Proteomics and Pathway Analysis with the goal of gaining experience in a customer facing position. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, BINF savvy, exhibits interpersonal communication skills, coachable, professional and has a passion for success. You will gain experience in two distinct roles within the Sales Organization with one area of concentration in sales and the other as a bioinformatics specialist.
