We are looking for a Pre-Finisher Assembler
What we bring to you:- $22.50-$24.00 quarterly bonus (based on company performance)

- Inspects doors for defects and irregularities prior to painting and/or staining
- Provides workload guidance to fellow employees to ensure proper flow and safe operations
- Paints and/or stains doors in accordance with product manufacturer and company guidelines
- Inspects all finished products for defects/irregularities and correct as necessary
- Maintains shop inventory and report discrepancies to Inventory Control Specialist
- Maintains a clean and orderly work area to ensure safety
- Other duties as described by manager

- Familiarity with door components, finishing products and assembly techniques
- Ability to use manufacturing tools/machinery (chop saw, door machine, router, nail gun, etc.)
- Forklift certification (depending upon branch requirements)
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions, correspondences, and memos
