We are searching for a Technician II 7B - Emergency Department to perform variety of duties in providing direct patient care including phlebotomy, EKG, minor invasive procedures and diagnostic procedures in accordance with physicians' orders. Conduct patient interviews and provide clerical support including but not limited to patient registration, data/order entry, transcription of orders, collation of medical records and other clerical duties as assigned

• Hours: 24hrs flex 32hrs
  • Please Note: This is a 24-hour Flex to 32-hour position, regularly scheduled for 24 hours per week but may be scheduled for up to 32 hours per week; health and dental benefits are based on 32 hours.
• Shift: 7am - 3pm - Day shift, weekend, holiday, and off-shift rotation as needed
• Location: Tobey Hospital - Wareham, MA

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• Equal to completion of four years of high school plus specialized courses and training.
• Over one up to including three years of related work experience is required.
• CNA/EMT/Medical Assistant required OR must be currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program with successful completion of Fundamentals of Nursing.
• CPR required
• MOAB required within 6 months of hire.
