SERVICES COORDINATOR – LINCOLN
The League’s Lincoln Center for Independent Living is seeking a full-time Medicaid Waiver Services Coordinator to assist adults with disability to remain in their home and community.
Required Education and Experience:
Baccalaureate or graduate degree in the human services profession
AND
At least two (2) years full-time experience in long-term care, teaching, gerontology, rehabilitation, community health, working with individuals with disabilities, or closely related social human services.
