Budget Maintenance Emergency Services, Inc. is looking for experienced local water restoration technicians to add to our team. If you have experience in the field, are responsible, and hard-working we'd like to meet you.
The position is full-time
Successful candidates will meet/exceed the following requirements:
- Knowledgable in operation of water extraction equipment
- General building maintenance skills, cleaning knowledge, and experience doing fire/water restoration work is a plus
- Must have experience with power tools
- Demolition associated with water losses
- Experience with mold remediation
- Fire / Soot Clean up experience
- Board ups / tarping jobs
- Must be able to perform on-site production services including water extraction and fire clean up, leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance and complete required documentation is job essential
- Very good verbal and written communication skills are required
- Must be able to drive 16’ box trucks, lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Ability to know and understand water mitigation processes
- Willingness to help on general labor work when no remediation work is needed.
On-call and emergency response required when scheduled. Overtime pay for on-call work.
