Employee Health Services Manager is responsible for managing the employee health service functions of the organization. Administers healthcare program operations and supervises subordinate staff. Being an Employee Health Services Manager ensures that all medical records are kept in a manner compliant with appropriate policies and procedures. May be responsible for administering employee physicals, injury related diagnoses, or other types of referrals according to OSHA regulations. Additionally, Employee Health Services Manager may provide consultation regarding workers' compensation, infection control or other employee health related issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. Typically requires a registered nurse. The Employee Health Services Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Starting Pay: $31.51 with a qualifying Bachelor’s; $32.51 with a qualifying Masters’
Min. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 classes in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Child or Human Development, Rehabilitation, Mental Health and Human Services, Social and Behavioral Sciences, Criminal Justice, or Education. (Must be able to qualify for a conditional social work license).
