Maintains good communication and positive relationships with employees to promote employee satisfaction. Being an Employee Relations Manager guides department managers and employees throughout the performance management and goal setting process. Identifies and analyzes issues with employee relations infractions. Additionally, Employee Relations Manager provides recommendations for resolutions. Requires a bachelor's degree. - Maintain accurate daily census records, update PCC, and contact Medicaid case managers regarding resident transitions
-Communicate proficiently via telephone, computer, and in person
-Assist Director of Community Relations with admission paperwork for new residents and gathering documents for Medicaid and VA aid

-Flexibility when dealing with multiple tasks at a time
-Skills/ability to use word processing software, spreadsheet software, accounting software, payroll systems, internet software and human resource systems
- Ensure employee's files are kept updated
-Prepares withdrawals and deposits
-Monthly statements for residents
-Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies
- Candidate Core train for ALF Administrator, if not must be willing to take course
-Other duties as assigned
