Identifies and analyzes issues with employee relations infractions. Additionally, Employee Relations Manager provides recommendations for resolutions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Employee Relations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Employee Relations is a centralized team of trusted advisors that provide support to People Leaders, Employees and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), on a wide range of complex employee relations issues, as well as contributing to the support of designated HR practices across the organization.
The Senior (Sr.)Employee Relations Consultant (ERC) works in partnership with Human Resources and business leaders, as required, in addressing specific, individual employment-related matters, including performance and behavioral issues, harassment and discrimination complaints, accommodation requests, status changes, termination of employment.
The Sr. ER Consultant also partners with other members of the broader Human Resources and related functions to deliver timely solutions that support the business and ensure employees are treated fairly and in accordance with our practices and policies.

Southern region: 84,200-126,300 annually
Central region: 88,700-133,100 annually
Northern region: 94,800-142,200 annually
If you are a Colorado resident, the salary range for this position is 80,300-120,500 annually.
If you are a New York resident, the salary range for this position is 94,800-142,200 annually.
If you are Washington resident, the salary range for this position is 88,700-133,100 annually.
