Experience:

- Experience with HRIS and performance management systems required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional critical thinking, attention to detail and organizational skills.
