Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This position requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Duties:
- Administer various HR programs and initiatives, such as employee relations, performance management, and onboarding.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the oversight of employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records an HRIS system.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters.
- Assist with strategic planning initiatives related to workforce development.

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment labor laws
- Experience with HRIS and performance management systems required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional critical thinking, attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
