Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, along with relevant certifications. Work with minimal guidance, relying on extensive knowledge of employment practices. Exercise discretion and independent judgment in resolving complex issues. Extensive expertise in California's wage and hour regulations, as well as multi-state compliance. Develop disaster recovery procedures and ensure adherence to standards. Consult with senior management and executives on complex employee relations issues.
