Finisher Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Utilize power and/or air tools

• Connect cables, tubes, and wiring according to specifications

• Read blueprints and specifications to determine components parts and assembly sequences

• Hook up wiring, lighting, speakers, and cable to customer specifications

• Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer

• Acquire the knowledge of company product and materials needed for production

• Other duties as assigned

Finisher Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Basic a math skills

• Stand, walk, grip, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, lift, move, and carry

• Occasionally lift and move up to 50lbs

• Ability to use senses of sight, touch, sound, and smell

• Specific vision ability, including distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

• Mechanical tools/saw experience is a plus

• Self-starter with good work discipline

• Excellent communication skills
