Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business and Employment Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business law and employment regulations, providing legal guidance to our clients and representing them in various legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a range of business and employment law issues, including contracts, compliance, and labor relations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and employment agreements.
• Represent clients in litigation, mediations, and negotiations related to employment disputes and business matters.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting business and employment practices.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on best practices in employment law and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
