- Trains workers on job safety at the work-site.
- Assists workers in learning specific work tasks needed to properly perform the job by providing specific job-site training.
- Trains workers in appropriate behavior and models the same.
- Trains workers to resolve problems on the job.
- Coordinates supported employment efforts with employers, parents, guardians, authorized representatives, agency staff, etc.
- Develops natural supports for person served.
- Attends staff meetings, departmental meetings, and other assigned meetings.
- Maintains confidential files containing required information for persons served.
- Completes and submits required reports, forms, and documents in a timely manner.
- Advises supervisor of problems or issues.
- Transfers information to Case Manager for persons on in long-term support.
- Researches employment opportunities.
- Maintains certification in CPR, First Aid, and CPI.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities deemed necessary; not otherwise specified.
