Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in various employment law matters, including wage and hour disputes, whistleblowing, discrimination cases, and class actions.
• Manage both defense and plaintiff cases, offering comprehensive legal support and strategic counsel.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and engage with clients and opposing counsel.
• Participate in depositions, court appearances, and other litigation proceedings as required.
• Demonstrate autonomy and initiative in caseload management while fostering collaborative relationships within the firm.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of California employment law experience.
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
• Strong academic credentials and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred experience with business disputes, wage and hour claims, and class actions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cohesive team.
