Qualifications needed: Law degree certified to practice in Ohio with at least 2 years of litigation experience (preferred). Less experience may still apply.

About us: Smith & Smith Law office (established in 1999) is a growing boutique law firm practicing in exclusively family law including divorce, dissolution, custody, establishing father’s rights, and adoption.

The associate will divide their time in our Maumee and Swanton locations and hold standard office hours from 9a-5p Monday-Friday with one hour break. We offer paid holidays, paid time off, and medical insurance benefits. Wage is dependent on experience.

We practice primarily in Fulton, Lucas, Wood, and Henry counties. Smith & Smith Law Office is a small, close-knit staff and attorneys working on providing the best family law legal services. With our narrowed focus on family law, we hope to become the commercial standard of excellent legal representation for families in Northwest Ohio. Our practice has been growing since this goal started in 2020 and are excited to add another member to the Smith & Smith Law family!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
