Being an EMPLOYMENT MANAGER maintains good relationships with all advertisement and recruitment agencies. Develops the most effective, economical and appropriate recruiting channels and methods. In addition, EMPLOYMENT MANAGER requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The EMPLOYMENT MANAGER manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. The Program Manager will direct and coordinate the overall operations of employment services operations. They will hire, train, and supervise staff, including delegating and monitoring tasks assigned to Program Coordinators. They will promote community awareness of agency services and ensure the development and implementation of vocational activities that are person-centered and promote positive outcomes for persons served.
Job Type: salaried/exempt
Pay: Starting at $58,000 annually
Hours: 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday

Required Physical Activity:
Must be able to sit, stand and walk at an assigned location(s) and work for extended periods of time; bend/stoop, kneel and balance frequently; climb, reach above shoulder level; push/pull, squat and crouch occasionally; with assistance, lift, carry and position individuals of various weight. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must be able to drive multi-passenger vehicles for extended periods throughout the day.
