We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Solar Billing Specialist with a primary focus on managing solar power purchase agreements (PPAs). The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of billing processes, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the billing process for solar power purchase agreements (PPAs) from inception to completion.
2. Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely billing for solar installations.
3. Review PPA contracts and billing terms to ensure compliance and accuracy.
4. Generate and maintain billing records, including customer invoices, payment receipts, and financial reports.
5. Collaborate with customers to address billing inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and provide exceptional customer service.
6. Monitor and track PPA billing cycles, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and deadlines.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of billing procedures and systems to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
8. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to solar billing and PPAs.
9. Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide insights to improve billing processes and customer satisfaction.
10. Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
