Enterprise Infrastructure Director manages and coordinates the information systems that will adequately support the organization's enterprise infrastructure. Monitors and manages all IT infrastructure projects to meet company and client needs. Being an Enterprise Infrastructure Director determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure design to handle expected growth. Implements policies and procedures to maintain, enhance, and secure an organization's technology infrastructure. Additionally, Enterprise Infrastructure Director is responsible for monitoring the systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance. May assist in network interface planning, hardware resource availability, and the development of new applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Enterprise Infrastructure Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Enterprise Infrastructure Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     In this role you will lead a diverse team of experience and digital professionals in creating intuitive and frictionless experiences for our clients and our employees. You will create and support vision and strategy, including facilitation collaboration and partnering with operational teams across the business. You serve as a SME in the latest CX and EX thinking for digital experiences and you champion how to incorporate data and feedback into near and long term roadmaps.

    • Direct daily work efforts, identify and communicate resource needs to achieve goals.
    • Lead the roadmap, design and development of the tools, processes and systems to deliver value to partner teams, clients and employees.
    • Facilitate intake, prioritization, green-lighting and ongoing tracking of team initiatives.
    • Work with all functional teams to identify planned projects that impact the experiences and identify the required team support.
    • Manage the team framework to support rapid iteration (learning and improving) using research and data.
    • Collaborate with the Finance team to track the CX team budgets and spending.

    What You Bring To Spectrum Enterprise

    Required qualifications:

    • Experience: Eight or more years of leadership experience and client experience, marketing or program operations experience.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    • Technical skills: History of managing large, complex projects that impact the entire organization; Proficient with Microsoft Office.
    • Skills: Prioritization, organizational, presentation, project management, risk identification and English communication skills.
    • Abilities: Ability to lead and direct a cross-functional and virtual team with a mixture of direct and dotted-line reports.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Recent experience in or supporting a large, highly matrixed company (i.e. Fortune 250), with proven ability to influence leaders and key stakeholders in such an environment
    • Excellent oral and written skills, including the polish, poise and executive presence that will ensure effective interaction with senior and executive-level audiences
    • Proven relationship-building skills and natural ability to work collaboratively through various departments and functional areas, creating a culture of teamwork across departments
    • Proven track record of analytical skills and proficiency in leveraging data and analytics tools and data to drive product decisions and manage stakeholders
    • Ability to take a step back and develop strategies that consider the relationships between individual digital products, client and employee experiences and business objectives
    • Ability to speak to the efficiency and quality impacts of adopting more digital tools and modern architectures in replace of manual processes
    • Ability to attract and retain top talent, coaching and developing OKRs that grow individuals and meet business objectives
    • A portfolio of research and/or analysis that was executed under your leadership, which demonstrates your ability to both commission this type of work and leverage it to make business decisions
    • A portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to lead, summarize and present post-launch analysis that clearly communicate business impacts of digital tool investments
    • Demonstrated history of ability to prioritize and balance improvements to digital experiences and technology enablement initiatives.
    • Ability to lean into technology, architecture and data conversations to guide and lead day to day efforts, unblocking as needed to keep work moving forward

    The pay for this position has a salary range of $124,000.00 to $220,000.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
