    The Job :

    In this role, you will lead the sales drive of Buildertrend’s supplier data service offering. This is a unique opportunity for someone to have a huge impact on one of our most important and fastest growing tech sectors in the construction technology space.

    The role is also responsible for the pre-sales qualification, sales strategy, negotiation, through to final contract and hand over to implementation.

    Established network with construction suppliers / manufacturers is desirable for a candidate.

    What You Will Do :

    • Developing and owning a sales strategy and business plan for construction suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers.
    • Effectively present Buildertrend's capabilities and offerings in the data consumption marketplace; build an intimate understanding of Buildertrend products and their place in the industry.
    • Analyze sales statistics to determine growth potential and work towards KPIs and targets.
    • Support your team with outreach, proactive proposals, forecasting and any other tasks that will help the team achieve their revenue targets.
    • Identify companies and associations to serve as external sales channels and value added resellers of data products.

    Who You Are and What You Need :

    • 3 years of work experience in data sales or data-tech industry required
    • Proven track record in managing and developing strategic accounts.
    • Ability to build relationships with decision-makers around a solution / strategic sale.
    • Interpersonal skills - you’re a confident communicator and are able to quickly build rapport with others.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, project management and interpersonal skills, team player who can collaborate with others, proven sales track record in data-tech / data sales
