Environmental Services Coordinator coordinates and maintains company policies adhering to local, state and federal environmental, health and safety regulations. Inspects the work areas and work procedures and makes environmental, health and safety recommendations accordingly. Being an Environmental Services Coordinator maintains and updates environmental policy and procedure manuals. Ensures compliance with and trains employees on all environmental, health and safety regulations, and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization. Additionally, Environmental Services Coordinator requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an Environmental Services Coordinator typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Remove waste and empty trash.
Vacuum offices and common areas, mop floors
Clean bathrooms: toilets, sinks, mirrors, and mop floors
Replenish restrooms with toilet tissue and paper hand towels in stock in bathrooms.
Replenish break rooms with hand towels and cleaning supplies under sinks.
Dust partitions, cabinets, and vents.
Keep entryways and hallways free of dirt and debris.
Maintain daily cleaning chart indicating each area was inspected and cleaned.
Promptly clean up floor spills or wet spots created by inclement weather.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test (this position is not tested for THC)
The ideal candidate is self- motivated and can work with little supervision.
Must be able to Bend, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely use cleaning equipment using the directions/instructions.
