General Description
3.1.1. The work includes data analysis and report writing in support of the draft Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) Five-Year Review that will cover Fiscal Years (FY) 2020 through 2024. Five-year review scope includes evaluating response actions at Waste Area Groups (WAG) 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10, preparing a draft document for submittal to regulatory agencies, and then finalizing per agency comment. Additional scope includes supporting analysis and report preparation for the 5-year monitoring report for WAG 7.
3.1.2. The period of performance for discrete work planned is between April 2024 and September 2025.
3.2. Scope to be Performed
3.2.1. Support preparation of the draft Site-wide Five-Year Review report by identifying and accumulating data to be included in the Five-Year Review, reviewing, and evaluating the data, preparing a draft report, completing internal review of the draft, incorporating internal comments, and submitting draft for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) review by July 15, 2025.
3.2.2. Incorporation of DOE review comments and preparation of the draft Five-Year Review report for submission to the Agencies.
