RES is looking for a Client Services Coordinator, with at least 3 years of experience in customer service. This position is based out of our Brodhead, Wisconsin office.
The mission: The Client Services Coordinator manages client services related to nursery products and assists with sales activities by providing customers and end users with product support.
You will be responsible for quoting prices and credit terms and creating sales contracts for both internal and external clients. You will keep clients informed about the status of their orders and assist them with any inquiries they may have about nursery products and their applications. You will also advise management on any issues that arise from product problems identified through customer calls.
You will be coordinating the order fulfillment process, you will work with inside sales representatives, as well as the Shipping and Inventory Department. You will enter new customer data and other relevant sales data for current customers into the appropriate software. Additionally, you will maintain systems to respond to customer inquiries via telephone, online networks, and mail.
