    Purpose:

    To generate new sales through identifying, connecting, and pursuing existing and potential clientele. FMI Equipment is proud to offer access to high quality products, and personalized sales experience from a dedicated sales representative.

    Primary Duties:

    • Maintain new and existing book of business
    • Prospecting new clientele both over the phone and through on-site demonstration outside of our showroom locations
    • Provide pricing quotations to customers
    • Execute appropriate sale and service documents in a timely and accurate manner
    • Consistent and accurate data management in CRM and inventory system
    • Build and maintain long term customer relationships
    • Ensure timely delivery of equipment

    Skills and Education:

    • Proficiency with internal systems and multiple product lines
    • Minimum 2 years outside sales experience in rentals or sales within the construction, heavy equipment, or related industries
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Self-confidence, discipline, and perseverance are critical in this role
    • CDL is a plus, not required
    • Must be willing to submit background check and DMV screening

    • $100k Total Compensation Package (Base Pay Commission) with Unlimited Commission Structure
